bookmarklet needs tags

I love the bookmarklet, find it weird that the tumblr things don't seem to autodetect media type (if I'm on a youtube page, it should detect that I'm tumblin' a video, most likely on a 'whitelist' check), but moreso wonder why I have to add tags afterward.
One idea: Add a hashtags type thing, where I can prefix a word with # and it will be added to the tags. This might be bad for IRC channels though, so if it's part of the markdown extension (or implemented similarly), putting a \ before the # should nullify the hashtag (like it will any other markdown text).
Also, while I'm reporting way too many bugs/requests in one, (I didn't search for any others, so they may exist), there's a error I get after hitting post, saying that

Are you on 2.0 beta 2 or the latest git? The second thing should not be an issue anymore.

The second thing being the Constant already defined issue? I listed a few things jumbled up. I downloaded the zip so 2b2, I had cloned the git, opened gitnub, and then gitnub wanted to update to 0.9.0 (which apparently has a bug that stops it from opening), so I just went with the contents of the zip.

Yes - that constant is removed altogether.
As for the tags problem, I've been resistant to allow modules/feathers to add any additional fields because the real estate is already so limited.
You suggestion is interesting though, I might have to look into doing something like that. I'd prefer to keep it a core feature instead of implementing it arbitrarily (which also poses the threat of inconsistency).
Possibly some sort of general syntax like:
#comment_status: open #tags: foo, bar, baz -

Actually, I originally was referring to hashtags like with twitter, wherein I might post:
.bq Today I updated #chyrp to the latest #git version. I like the new #comments feature and I hear #hashtags have been added.
It would then tag it with the words prefixed with #hash.
(On the side, is there a 'upgrading' page somewhere? Not finding it in the docs or wiki, and I would like to move to the git-latest. Would be super neat if I could get a script that does it automatically, perhaps keeping a git clone on the server and patching over config files. I'll start a new bug for that if you like.)

That's a great idea, but sometimes tags aren't used in the content. Hadn't heard of that Twitter thing until now, neat.
As for upgrading, doing a regular ol' git clone and keeping pulling shouldn't mess with your config files. They're ignored by git (and aren't even in the tree since they're generated on install).
