Image alt text editing needed

When images are uploaded using the photo feather, an option should be given for the user to define the alt text to their liking. More often than not, the filename isn't the most helpful descriptor and the ability to rename it shouldn't be that difficult.

- image_tag_for takes Post as the first argument now, as opposed to just Post->filename.
