Show Site Description in Title Tag

Again, not so much a problem as a possible improvement...
An option to include the description in the tag of Chyrp would be a nice addition.
If the site name is foo , the normal site title is just foo.
If the site name is foo , with a description of bar , the new tag could read foo: bar , or something along those lines. This isn't too tricky to do, I think :x
