Array to post XML is not quite fixed (arr2xml)

Same test data that we discussed last night on IRC, now running on newest git, I get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function arr2xml() in /nfs/c02/h03/mnt/28175/domains/chyrp2.elbedesign.com/html/chyrp/includes/model/Post.php on line 698
