Error Accessing Settings > Comments

Using the latest code from git (I'm not sure how to identify that more specifically), I get the following error when going to Settings > Comments:
Notice: Undefined variable: admin in /path/to/my/install/modules/comments/comments.php on line 243
Fatal error: Call to a member function display() on a non-object in /path/to/my/install/modules/comments/comments.php on line 243
In the event that it matters, my URI is http://robwilkerson/admin/?actio... Manage > Comments works as expected.
