XML-RPC Issue

When trying to set up flickr to allow direct posting to chyrp, it prompts for the necessary blog API. After selecting MetaWeblog, it asks for the endpoint for the API, which for my particular blog is: http://www.cowbird.org/chyrp/inc...
After I type in the user and password, flickr attempts to do a test post, but ends up returning that the address I gave for the API endpoint was incorrect.
Upon viewing /var/log/apache2/php_error.log, the following error
appears: [02-Nov-2008 14:18:58] PHP Fatal error: Cannot
redeclare class IXR_IntrospectionServer in
/home/public_html/chyrp/includes/lib/ixr.php on line 795
It seems that something isn't playing nicely between XML-RPC and IXR...
